How will my order be packaged?

Giclée prints are drop shipped directly to you so if you order a print and an original these may come in different parcels and arrive at different times. All orders will be packaged using recycled and recyclable materials as much as possible whilst still ensuring the safety of the work arriving to you.

Please note orders can take up to 14 working days to be dispatched and any orders with a frame can take up to 4 weeks before dispatching as they will be framed to order.

**What is a Giclée print?**

Giclée prints use museum quality inks that are archival and are printed on handmade paper with a slight texture. These prints are the highest quality and the colours on these are extremely vivid with details that match the original paintings.

This service is printed by a local independent printer.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped based on weight and size, if your order is framed please note that shipping for any order with a frame starts from £20. Larger paintings or works being shipped internationally will be invoiced for the shipping of these.

Unfortunately due to recent UK laws after Brexit shipping to the EU is not currently available. Please get in touch to discuss options aorund shipping to Europe.

Any orders sent internationally customers are responsible for paying import fees and any customs duty or charges on their orders. Failure to do so will result in the painting being returned to the studio and the buyer will be liable for the cost of resending and any charges that have been added for failure to pay import customs & duty on their order.

Collections can be arranged from Leeds city centre, please email to discuss timings.

Can I request a custom painting?

Yes you can! I welcome custom commission enquires for original paintings. I take on limited commissions each year to ensure I can focus full attention to each painting. A commission is usually quite an in-depth process and I require certain information from you before the precess begins. A 50% deposit is required to secure your commission in my calendar. The usual timescale for commissions is 6-8 weeks.

Please note I do not take commissions throughout November & December.

I would to order a print in a size that is not on your website?

Some of the prints I offer can only be printed at the sizes listed on my website. The quality of the prints are something that I will not compromise on and this can be lost when resizing some prints which is why this can not be offered on all prints.

However that been said most prints can be resized so please get in touch.

I want a particular print from one of your original paintings?

I can create a custom print for your from most of my original paintings. Get in touch with me to discuss if this option is available for your chosen painting. The only type of print I offer as a custom is a Giclée print, this service can take up to 10 working days. So be sure to mention in your email with me if there are any time requirements.
